Venue

The conference sessions will take place at the Campus Unteres Schloss, University Siegen. Key-Notes will take place in the Friedrich Schadeberg-Lecture Hall in the Hörsaalzentrum Unteres Schloss, which is located right next to Siegen’s lower castle close to the city center. Sessions will take place in the rooms US-C 114, US-C 115, and US-C 116.

The venue comprises an atrium for coffee and lunch breaks as well as for networking and socializing.

Car

From Autobahn 45 take the exit Siegen (Exit 21) on the B54 / B62 (Hüttentalstraße), towards Siegen/Netphen to the exit Siegen-Eintracht. From there follow Koblenzer Straße towards Unteres Schloss. Follow the signs for parking.

How to reach the conference location from Siegen main station

At the main train station Siegen HBF you cross the forecourt.

Follow the pedestrian zone (Bahnhofstraße) across the square towards the Sieg river (slightly to your left). Then cross the bridge across the Sieg towards the Kölner Tor. Cross at the traffic light and follow the pedestrian zone (Kölner Straße) uphill.

You can see the lower castle to your right. Once past it, you veer right onto the “Alte Poststraße” to the campus. You reach the “Unteres Schloss” and the building blocks US-A, US-B and US-C if you turn right into the street “Unteres Schloß”.
