Registration
To participate in the CARV 2025 or MCPC 2025 conference, a registration is required. This registration includes access to all session, as well as to the welcoming reception, the coffee and lunch breaks, and to the conference dinner.
The registration does not include accomodation or transport between accomodation and the conference site.
Please note that for every publication / presentation at least one registration is required.
Fees

| Regular registration (after 30. June 2025) | 650 € |
| Two extra pages per paper (i.e. 10 pages total) | 100 € |
| Four extra pages per paper (i.e. 12 pages total) | 200 € |
Visa Invitation Letter
Should you require a letter of invitation in order to apply for a visa to visit Germany, please ensure you have first registered, and then contact the conference organisation to request an invitation.
Registration
As a corresponding author, when your submitted paper has been approved, you will receive a notification e-mail. This e-mail contains login data for the registration page. Please register all the papers that you are going to present in one single registration form. Therefore, enter the IDs of all the papers in the form. If you plan to attend without presenting a paper or if you intend to present more than four papers yourself, please contact the conference organisation. After you have submitted a form, an invoice is sent to you. This may take several days.
